Hours: Friday - Noon - 12:30 am following day; Saturday 10 am - 12:30 am following day; Sunday - 10am - 11 pm

All Packages Include:

• Indoor or Outdoor Wedding ceremony with options for different locations on site

• BYOB is allowed

• VIP pricing & shuttle service with Batavia Downs Casino

• Freedom choosing your own caterer - including allowing Food Trucks

• Fire pit going throughout the evening

• Place Settings - ceramic plates, real silverware, choice of glassware

• Cloth Napkin color of your choice

• Tables - Round or Banquet style or a mixture of BOTH with white tablecloths

• Chairs set for ceremony & reception

• Set up and clean up of everything including personalized decorations

• Limited day of coordination

• Bridal suites - coming 2024

• Use of decorations for free from the “Borrowers Closet”

• “Open house’s” to be able to bring your photographer to do engagement photos on site.

• We also sit down ahead of time and come up with a plan if it rains because you know Western New York - We want you to have confidence that if it rains, your day is NOT ruined

• Access to the grounds - Lawn area for games, garden, pond for pictures

• Dance Floor

• Large parking lot enough for 300 guests

• Restrooms

• Up to 150 people - per person fee for any guest over the 150

• Taxes are included in the price

• Heat and air conditioning included

  Items not included:

• Event Insurance. WoodSmith will charge couple $150.00 and attain it for them.

• $250.00 Refundable deposit for insurance deductible or incidentals. This gets refunded within 30 days after your wedding.
